Bike or drive the quick 2.5 miles to Nokomis and Casey Key Beaches! Oak Bahay Ranch is a nature lover's paradise, close to Legacy Trail, Sarasota County's premier 20+ mile biking/walking trail. Oak Bahay Ranch is an easy drive to world famous Siesta Key Beach (15 mins), downtown Sarasota (20 mins), and downtown Venice (10 mins). The space Live in tranquility while enjoying the best of Florida's beaches only a 5 minute drive away. Choose between the local Nokomis, Casey Key, and Venice Beaches or head 15 minutes north to the #1 rated beach in America, Siesta Key. Walk/bike from nearby Legacy Trail! Check out Laurel Park, then continue on to enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking pristine Donna Bay! Bike and kayak through Oscar Scherer State Park, only two miles away. Feel free to stay at home, with high speed wireless internet, two large flat screen smart televisions (65 and 45 inches) with Dish Network included. Relax under the shaded oak trees on the 4.3 acre ranch or take a dip in the sparkling pool to beat the heat. Comfortable furniture/bedding and other home amenities offered for optimum comfort/relaxation and may be replaced with similar kind as needed. There is an indoor jacuzzi in the master bedroom. There is a small bed in the office that can sleep one person. (No picture on profile) Pool pump, Heater, Central Air and Heat. Pool pump, heater, air conditioning and heat will be set appropriately with in the accepted standard capacity of the unit. Any attempt to change the settings may cause the unit to break, freeze or malfunction in which the guest will be liable if such damages occurs. The TV is set for the the guests to enjoy. We ask that you keep the setting as is when you find it. If the host calls a Technician to reprogram the TV due to setting alteration, the guest will be charge for the Tech service. Enjoy nearby waterfront dining such as Casey Key Fish House or head to Sarasota/Venice for downtown dining at it's finest. Oak Bahay is also centrally located to catch games at the spring training homes of the Atlanta Braves and Baltimore Orioles. Spanish Pointe is a popular park and local wedding destination. The home is equipped with an outdoor perimeter Ring Camera security system for the protection of our guests and the residence. We adjust our calendar for each individual booking to abide by all local ordinances.* Beach chairs and toys are complementary while available and safe to use. The host can not guarantee that it will be available at all times. Paper products and soap are supplied as a starter. Any additional supplies will be provided by the guests. The camera on the front perimeter is to safeguard our guests and host. The pool Tech, landscapers and other maintenance personnel have their scheduled time to service the property. Please read and follow the home guide and pool rules during the course of your stay. Check out is 10 am. Our cleaners are on a very tight schedule due to increased cleaning demands. -A $50 late fee will be assessed for check outs after 10:00 am -A $150 late fee will be assessed for check outs after noon. - $ 40 each night for Unauthorized each extra guests and pets to pay the Cleaners for extra service and needed medication for allergic reaction.
