The Rusty Cottage is perfect for large families or groups of up to 8. Great for long term stays with great discounts. Our doors lock automatically. Once you go in or out just shut the door and it should lock. please don't try locking it manually. The three bedrooms, 2 Queen beds, two twin beds , 2 futons, large section couch, twin air mattress and child's cot provide plenty of places to sleep. 2 bathrooms 2TV"s Outside Grill ,covered patio, master bathroom a large tub , walk in shower The space Large roomy mobile home cottage with a wonderful master bedroom and bath. Hugh Kitchen complete with coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, blender, popcorn popper, waffle maker, toaster and much more Two futon's, a comfortable sectional gove you extra sleeping space. The nice big porch has good outside seating along with the 6 burner grill and table and chairs. it is located in a quiet community. Guest access Our guests have access to the whole Rustic Cottage. It is not shared with other guests. There is also street parking for two or three cars. Other things to note The Rustic Cottage is designed to give our guests maximum enjoyment while traveling. We do not allow parties or Events without pre- approval. please respect the comfort of our other guests and keep the noise down especially after dark. Our Airbnb has central AC and heat. We ask our guests to keep it at 72 . Parking is limited to two vehicles. Do not park in other residence spots. If any issues come up or you have any questions please call or text me anytime. We have a maintenance man on property that can take care of most problems that arise.
