It comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The open-concept first floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. The dining room and living room are furnished with Article and West Elm furnishings. The first floor also has a half-bath (or powder room) for guests, a laundry room with full-sized machines, and an outdoor deck with a gas grill and a patio with a fire pit for use in the summer. **Patio furniture and fire pit not available October 1 - April 30** Upstairs on the second floor are all three bedrooms. They have Helix mattresses, hotel quality linens, and blackout blinds for bright summer evenings. ***For Parents of Young Children: Our crib is a Graco Pack 'n Play. Please let us know if you need it set up ahead of your arrival. Please also let us know if you'll need a high chair.*** Guest access The house is all yours to enjoy during your stay. The backyard is shared with us and our two Otterhounds who LOVE greetings our guests. During your stay you'll also have access to a shared garage where the larger garbage and recycling bins are. It's a great room for drying your wet gear, too! Other things to note We've added a Bose bluetooth speaker for guests to enjoy during their stay. We provide complimentary coffee and espresso pods for use with the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Guests also have access to a regular drip coffee machine, french press, or pour-over if desired.
