Welcome to our single-story studio, in the heart of the winegrowers' district, close to the center of Leucate. Perfect for a peaceful stopover. Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included. Everyone participates ("Do it yourself") to limit costs. Optional services: Sheets, bed made: €15/bed 2 towels: €10 Final cleaning (excluding kitchen to be made perfectly clean): €25 If you do not take these options, the studio must be returned perfectly clean. The space In the village of Leucate, we have completely restored this winegrower's house. The studio is located on the ground floor, accessible through the large front door on the south facade There is a very comfortable and firm new bed, 140 x 200 cm. In addition, there is a sofa bed measuring 160 x 200 cm; It's an extra bed! When it is open there is little room to move around in the studio Guest access There is free parking all around the house. Other things to note The studio is not very large, but it offers a pleasant solution for meals: it is quite possible to set the table outside, just in front of the open front door, or even directly in the small street in front of the house. This may come as a surprise, but it is a real Leucate custom: it is not uncommon to see families in the neighborhood having lunch quietly in the middle of the street on Sundays. The alley is very quiet, with very little traffic, which allows you to fully enjoy these typical and friendly outdoor meals.
