Welcome to our step-free studio, in the heart of the winemakers' district, close to the center of Leucate. Perfect for a peaceful layover. Sheets, towels, and cleaning are not included. Everyone participates ("Do it yourself") to limit costs. Optional services: Bed sheets made: €15/bed 2 towels: €10 Final cleaning (excluding kitchen to make perfectly clean): €25 If you do not take these options, the studio must be returned perfectly clean. The space In the village of Leucate, we have completely restored this winemaker's house. The studio is on the ground floor, accessible through the large front door on the south facade There is a new bed very comfortable and firm in 140*200 cm . In addition, There is a sofa bed in 160*200cm; It is an extra bed! When it is open there is little room left to circulate in the studio Guest access There are free parking spaces all around the house. Other things to note The studio is not very large, but it offers a pleasant solution for meals: it is quite possible to set the table outside, just in front of the open front door, or even directly on the small street in front of the house. It may surprise, but it's a real Leucatois custom: it's not uncommon to see the families of the neighborhood lunch quietly in the middle of the street on Sundays. The alley is very quiet, with very little passage, which allows you to fully enjoy these typical and friendly outdoor meals.
