The apartment includes a living room open to an equipped kitchen, and a bedroom located in a duplex overlooking the bathroom with bathtub + toilet (Attic floor, large sizes will have to be vigilant at this point). A glass roof completes the set to offer more privacy with the rest of the living room. This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed in the bedroom + a sofa bed with 2 real seats in the living room). Because of the layout of the bathroom and toilet, we recommend it more to couples with children rather than 3 adults and more. Free parking at Capucins or St Joseph nearby. A third paid parking lot is also located on the right bank of the Port, 200 m from the building. If you are not driving, the bus stops: - Left bank** (Line 2 and 10) - The Port (Lines 1, 5 and 7) of the Kiceo network are close to the building, and can allow you to travel throughout the agglomeration and/or reach the apartment from the train station. **closest stop to the apartment Other things to note Travel light and quiet! 🧺 Linens and bath towels will be provided in your rental (We do not provide beach towels, remember to bring them because Conleau Beach is only a few bus stops from the apartment). 🛌 For the day of your arrival, we will have prepared the bed in your room on which your towels will be placed. 🛋️ Depending on your booking and lifestyle, we will leave it to you to prepare the sofa bed. (Sheets and pillows will be provided for all bookings of 3 or 4 people. They will then be stored in the lower drawers of the sofa bed.) Duvets and pillows are made of down and duck feathers, be careful if you are allergic. With each new stay, we will also make sure to leave you the quantities of cleaning and hygiene products necessary to start your stay with peace of mind. ☕️ You will also find some coffee capsules to go with our Senseo coffee machine, while you restock at the supermarket located down the street... 📺 The apartment is equipped with Internet, and Netflix is available on the TV. Music lovers at heart, we leave at your disposal a Bluetooth speaker to listen to your usual music and/or podcast.
