The 2 br 1600 sq. ft. +Terrace rental is 'Handicap Friendly' and is located in the main building of Yewit Center. The Terrace sleeps 3 EASILY and can accommodate more if needed. The colorful Sunlounge has a Sofa bed (Q-size) and a Queen size bed however, access to the sun lounge is through the Master bedroom A glass door separates the sun lounge from the master BR. The open plan lounge- kitchen-dining area is very spacious, A BBQ /Seating area is outside to enjoy a wine The space The Terrace level is part of the main structure on the Yewit Center property. It has a separate entrance with parking directly in front of the main entrance. No stairs . It is suited for guests with mobility issues. Easy access from State Hwy 339. The lounge, kitchen , dinning area and chit chat corner are part of an open plan dwelling. The bathroom is very spacious. There is a walk-in closet/dressing area attached to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is situated in the sunlounge which is separated from the sitting area by thick curtains. The sunlounge provides an outstanding view of the pond and our 7 acres of wonderful mountain terrain. Guests are always welcome to roam the beautiful gardens of the Yewit Center. A gas grill is provided and overflow parking is not an issue. We are able to accommodate up to 9 people in total. Please ask for details. Asphalted and no stairs. Ideal for those with mobility issues. Other things to note This area of North Georgia is a hot spot for those seeking to move to a region that has less issues than those of coastal regions. Since Covid, our rental has focused on those coming to stay for several months at a time as they look for property and/or build. For that reason, we've focused more on those transitioning to a home in the mountains . Because of this change in market conditions , we prefer, but are not limited to, monthly rentals to help facilitate those looking to establish a dwelling in the North Georgia, Western Carolina area.
