Everything has been thought out for your comfort and to make you feel at home. Accommodating a maximum of 4 people, the 3 beds (one 160 x 200 cm and two 90 x 190 cm) are equipped with quality bedding. An office space, invites you to telecommute with peace of mind. A real neat and relaxed cocoon, where everything has been thought out for your comfort: - Terrace area equipped with garden furniture; - Duplex living room separated into: ~Dining room with its modern round table and four chairs, you will also find a desk and its armchair to allow you to write your postcards, telecommute (the apartment has fiber optic internet) or why not make a FaceTime by placing your tablet or phone on the stand available! Finally, Alexa is available to answer any questions you may have. ~A living room that can serve as a second bedroom where you can enjoy two real single beds 90 x 190 cm, equipped with quality bedding that can serve as benches, as well as another armchair. The living room has a 127 cm 4K connected TV on which you can watch more than 120 channels (Canal+ subscription); - Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge ideal for long stays, an oven, an angled hood, an induction stove, washing machine and better yet, a breakfast area (Nespresso coffee machine, digital toaster, kettle and bread box). Not to mention the essential rice cooker, and all the necessary utensils. - Shower room with glass wall, an 80 x 120 cm shower equipped with automatic shower gel and shampoo dispensers, complimentary wood worktop with sink and round barber-style mirror. - Finally, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm king-size bed where you will enjoy a firm mattress that incorporates a memory foam on the surface for a soft feel. The dressing area hides a TV, on which you will have access to as many channels as in the living room. 100% cotton linens are provided, including beach towels. The apartment is located on the ground floor, easily accessible from the parking lot via a driveway, the entrance is via the terrace gate. Please note that you will have two private parking spaces within the residence, which is secure. We value the peace and quiet of our neighbors, therefore, no parties and no gatherings outside the occupants of the accommodation will be tolerated. The residence is very quiet and is therefore ideal for enjoying a peaceful stay (pleasure or work), a 5-minute walk from Boucan Canot beach where you will find the only natural pool in the west of the island. Air conditioning is only available in the bedroom. In the living room (dining/living room), you will have fans to cool off while minimizing the ecological footprint of the place. In addition, all our lights are equipped with LED bulbs. And in the kitchen, you will find bags for sorting as well as two jars to collect corks and metal capsules. Please note that we are providing you with brand new equipment and we are confident that you will take the utmost care of it. However, any significant damage will of course be deducted from the deposit of €800.00 which will be paid by check upon arrival and which will be returned to you upon departure. Animals are our friends, but we've decided not to host them. On the other hand, we invite you not to feed the cats that roam around the residence and to ensure that they do not enter the apartment, out of kindness towards future residents who may be allergic. Minimum of 5 nights required per booking.
