Downstairs: 2 bedrooms each with one queen bed, laundry room and a bathroom (with tub). Guests will have the place to themselves, but host will be readily available. Plenty of space to park in a large driveway. Feel free to store one vehicle or bikes and other toys in the one car garage. The space The space includes: three bedrooms each with one queen, two bathrooms - (one without tub) adjacent to the master bedroom, another bathroom downstairs near bedrooms 2 and 3 (with tub), laundry room with full sized washer and dryer in basement, large living room with 85 inch tv, full kitchen and walkout balcony with Pikes Peak view.
