This unit at the 440West Condo Complex has been updated in the bathrooms and kitchens and features beautiful tile flooring throughout. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a panoramic view west from the Gulf of Mexico, South to Sand Key and its beaches and East towards the intra-coastal waterway. Even though you are high up in the building, scan the water down below for fish and dolphins passing by. The kitchen and bathrooms feature Corian counter tops and both bathrooms have large step in showers with glass doors. This split floor plan provides the maximum in privacy. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bath with a small dressing area. The King bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and right around the corner from the hall bath which features twin sink vanities and a large step-in shower. The 440 West Condo complex is located in the heart of the south beach section of the island of Clearwater Beach. Although you are on the water, the beach is just a very short walk away. A 15 minute walk will take you north to Pier 60 where you can enjoy the Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting. Next to the Pier on the intra-coastal is the Clearwater Marina where you can make arrangements to do all kinds of things on the water. You are also a short walk to restaurants, beach type shopping and a Walgreen\'s. We look forward to seeing you soon! This property is a Whole monthly rental. Balcony - Faces south with a 180 degree view from the West looking towards the Gulf of Mexico, the South looking at Sand Key and beaches and to the East towards the intra-coastal waterway and the Sand Key Bridge. 4 folding chairs and two small tables are provided. Carpeted floor. General Unit Amenities - Beach towels and a couple of beach chairs provided. Small Vacuum. Outside secured parking adjacent to the building. General Property Amenities - fitness room, sauna, billiards room, community room provided on the ground floor off the lobby. Heated pool and large deck are between the two towers. No BBQing. Guard shack is staffed 24 hours a day. Telephone by Brighthouse-provides North America calling with no additional charges. ------------------------------------------------------------ Work update: The opening of the Pool is not expected any sooner than the second week of June \'6/12/22\'. The Board made arrangements for owners and guests to have access to a pool facility nearby at the Holiday Inn. Opening of the lower-level garage is not expected any sooner than the first week of May. The RL James advertised completion date for painting the lower-level garage is April 21, but given our experience with schedules, the first week of May, is a better estimate. The painting of the upper-level garage is expected to commence on April 22, and it will take nine \'9\' working days to complete. If you park your car in the upper-level, and you expect not to be in the area around this time, please plan by mid-May to leave your car key with the Association Office so that we can move your car before the painting commences.
