Built on two levels, it has a large living room with a panoramic bay window and a sleeping area with a queen size bed, a balcony facing the sea, a kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilets and a vestibule. On the lower level is the bedroom with a second queen size bed and storage. The new hotel-quality bedding (purchased in June 2022) consists of 2 160 beds that can be separated into 80 beds. Immersed in the middle of greenery, the house is surrounded by a large garden planted with Mediterranean species and crossed by many passages and paths. 2 large terraces and a panoramic balcony, equipped with deckchairs, tables and garden chairs offer multiple possibilities for outdoor moments. Guest access The owner gives access to all the private parts of the house: living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony on the sea side, terraces on the sea and garden side, wooded land. Other things to note On the island of Levant, water is a rare commodity that must be consumed with caution. As in all the accommodations on the island, the water distributed in the house is not drinkable. Most shops offer mineral water for sale or home delivery.
