The independent Petit Clos has a private terrace that is furnished and enclosed. The space - 1 living room with a fitted kitchen and a living-dining area - small non-convertible sofa - 1 big bedroom (bed 160x200 super comfortable mattress) with a dressing room - 1 shower room with shower and washing machine - 1 separate WC - 1 private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ in summer - Only 1 parking spot Although 3 minutes from the airport, little noise disturbance because the property is not on the flight corridors, but you can hear the planes! The property has quick access to the south ring road and can easily accommodate workers on assignment. Bus 8 min walk, tram 8 min by car, Pornic 30 min by car. The accommodation is located at the start of many trails for beautiful walks from where you will go through equestrian fields and villages to the edge of Lake Grand Lieu, a natural bird reserve. The accommodation is placed on the front part of the property, the kitchen gable is along the road where traffic can be significant during peak hours. Semi-detached cottage with a 2-person cottage, another 4-person cottage is located on the property as well as our dwelling. Listing heated to 20° - you don't have access to the controls. Only one parking space at the secure property. Guest reception not allowed. Charging of electric vehicles not allowed. Other things to note The private and enclosed outdoor space is adjoining another enclosed terrace of the 2-person gîte next door. Out of respect and for the tranquility of the other lodges, the reception of guests, even during the day, is prohibited (traffic and parking of additional vehicles, discussions and lively outdoor noise)
