This spacious and naturally well-lit apartment comfortably fits two and has an optional bed-height air mattress that fits 2 more. It is 11 minutes from the Canadian border, 12 minutes from downtown Buffalo, 12 minutes from the University of Buffalo, 14 minutes from KeyBank Center and the Buffalo Convention Center, 17 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 25 minutes from the Buffalo Bills stadium. The space Pergo flooring welcomes you into a large great-room that transforms from the perfect work space into a room of leisure! A floating staircase leads you to an upstairs loft of one bedroom and 1 bath. The space comfortably sleeps two, but also comes with a bed-height air mattress that can accommodate two more. Guest access All guests have access to shared off-street parking and FIOS Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with small appliances, cooking utensils and it's ready for meal preparation and eating in. A variety of beverages are available, and a few pantry items are stocked. Other things to note Please note: guests must be able to climb stairs, as the bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor loft. I strongly recommend travel insurance. You have the option of purchasing it at the time of booking. Please do that. I have a strict cancellation policy and if you aren’t insured, if your plans change at the last minute, or if your flight is canceled, you will not be refunded. Please don’t regret your decision to be unprotected or worse yet, take that out on me.
