Great energy Dana Point beach cottage with original wood flooring. Just a 5-block walk to the Marina. Private driveway parking. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two separate twin beds. Two couches in the living room also unfold into beds. Close to shops and restaurants. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. The space Charming, in a perfect location (as described by some guests) and very cozy. Comfortable furniture inside and also outside (table with 6 chairs). The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a walk-in closet. Each nightstand includes built-in USB-C and USB charging ports. TVs throughout the home. Cable and high-speed internet access. The second bedroom features two separate twin beds and includes a smart TV. Each nightstand also has built-in USB-C and USB charging ports. In the living room, the couches (futons) also unfold into beds. However, due to having only 1 bathroom, we recommend no more than 4 guests for optimal comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new flatware, cookware, and utensils. The living room includes a 55” smart TV. New washer and dryer in the utility room. BBQ outside. Guest access In the backyard, there is a comfortable patio seating area for six guests, a gas BBQ grill, and outdoor lighting for comfortable evening use. The date palm tree in the backyard was planted twelve years ago and has grown beautifully, thriving naturally in the Dana Point climate. Beach gear is not provided. Other things to note You can ride the Dana Point trolley for free. There are two restaurants on the San Clemente Pier—a fun spot to visit. The Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach is world-renowned. The Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa is spectacular.
