The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, hob, iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. Free WIFI. Around the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. Area very well connected with metro and bus lines (Muntaner, V13). We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. - Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in - The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
