Spiti Helios: luxury retreat w/hot tub & pool

Come zen out in this luxurious gem nestled on nearly 2 acres of privacy~did we mention the hot tub? *2-3 night stays get a discounted rate *Please enter all daytime visitors and overnight guests at time of inquiry. The space There is a hot-tub in our yard, feel free to bring your suits and take a dip!🌫😶‍🌫️ please note this hot tub is designed to hold three (3) people, otherwise it will spill over and the repair is expensive! We also have added a seasonal pool offered between June 15 -September 15. Our outdoor deck furniture gets covered in the winter, some chairs remain uncovered if you would like to use the deck in colder months. Please do not uncover covered furniture or use deck when covered in snow. While there is a fire pit and bbq we do not provide propane, there might be propane in the tank and you’re welcome to use it but if empty you are responsible for the swap out if you’d like to use these amenities. 🌿1st floor: The bedroom office space featuring a twin size bed and a full bathroom w/ shower. Great for those that need a bed / bath that is more accessible! 🌿2nd floor: 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Guest access The basement, as well as locked rooms are off limits as they are my personal spaces (master bedroom / linen closets). My items are located in the home, things placed on higher shelves in the kitchen are not meant for guest use, as well as items not listing in the amenities section, please ask if you are unsure; please respect my privacy as I open up and share my home with you! Other things to note *We require a deposit for any accounts that do not have prior reviews or any groups that are larger than 10 people (300$). *Everyone that will be onsite will need to be added as a guest, this includes daytime visitors or anybody else you will have on the property such as a babysitter, etc. We do not allow unauthorized guests / visitors to be onsite at any time, your reservation will be canceled if this policy is broken with no refund. No catering or outside vendors / services allowed without prior authorization, this included babysitters (insurance will need to be required and reviewed accordingly). *Early check in and late check out is available for an additional 80$ / hour, please enquire when booking. *In order to gain access to the hot tub / pool you can use the back door leading through the garage. The pool is seasonal and no running around pool / jumping into pool / using sides of pool to enter or exit is permitted ; pool stairs must be used. *This property promotes wildlife ecology, you might see various animals such as bunnies, groundhogs and even a snake on occasion. Please note none of these animals are harmful or dangerous, do not harm them or attempt to remove / handle the wildlife. When in doubt please message me, I thank you in advance!
