The space Step into our charming tiny house, a thoughtfully designed space offering comfort and convenience. The ground level features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. Relax in the cozy lounge area and enjoy the convenience of a bathroom with a washing machine. Head up the stairs to the upstairs bedroom, a private sanctuary boasting a comfortable queen-sized bed. Please be aware, the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Additionally, there's a separate bunk room, just a few meters from the main house, accessible externally. This room offers three single beds in built-in bunks and its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet, perfect for a second couple or the kids. Enjoy the beautiful lake and make use of our complimentary kayaks for water adventures. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire tiny house, including the fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge area, bathroom, and upstairs bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The owner's main residence is on site and they come and go but everything is quite seperate with a shared driveway the only shared space. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine. Outside, feel free to utilise the complimentary kayaks for adventures on Lake Okareka. The property also includes parking for one vehicle in the carport. Please note the driveway is steep.
