This clean, cozy & keyless entry basement apartment offers a full kitchen, standup shower, queen size bed and couch that can be converted into a sleeper. The kitchen & bathroom are separate from the bedroom living area. The space also includes a walk-in closet, mudroom, washer and dryer & workstation. In-house wifi will be provided as well as a Smart TV offering apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. NOTE, PARKING IS NOT PROVIDED. STREET PARKING ONLY. Pls read description & reviews in its entirety. The space Other things to note: - Parking is street only, host does not provide or is responsible for parking. -This is a basement apartment, ceilings are lower than standard in certain areas. -Bathroom is small, but efficient and clean. -patio and grill are shared with other guests. first come, first served, hosts are not responsible in coordinating. You are responsible for your own propane gas ( tank included for refills). Fenced in yard. -No stove, counter double burner only. -this is a basement apartment, you may hear guests upstairs occasionally depending on who is renting that unit, which is also listed on airbnb. -apartment is located in the West side of Stamford. -The sofa converts to a futon/twin style bed, it is not a standard size bed. -Security cameras are located in the driveway, outside the laundry room/backyard area and in the front of the house.
