If you are looking for a cozy cabin in a remarkable forest settings, this is for you…..5easy minutes from Lake gregory:) fishing,hiking,boating, kayaking, also enjoy the inflatable water park/Beach at Lake gregory(memorial day Thru labor day) 3minutes to famous Heart rock hiking trail, 20minute drive to Sky park, Lake arrowhead and14min to Silverwood Lake The space This newly renovated cabin is a special place for anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing mountain getaway!Easy access on main road that gets plowed during winter snow storms. FYI: ((The upstairs Loft has steep narrow stairs.)). Very cozy and roomy, that sleeps four guests easily. (W/Trundle; that has a queen size bed (top) & Full- size bed (right under) ….bedroom also has a Bluetooth radio /record player, smart 43” TV , Streaming Apps, “Mini Nintendo” game console with 500+ installed games!…….. (Also two wall arcade games in the Living room ) 4 drawer dresser. Tent Like "A" frame ceiling. ——Living room also has a pull out sofa bed (full size) for those who don’t want to sleep upstairs ( : FYI: Outdoor “Connect Four” & “Corn-hole” games are put away in the winter season (November-march) due to snow and rain damage to these wooden games. Guest access Violation of the Counties STR Rules is subject to a minimum of $1000, and paid by booking guest. ******ATTENTION******** >>>>Must be at least 19 years old to book cabin. NO PARTIES - NO UNDERAGE DRINKING - NO DRUGS - NO SMOKING – NO VAPING. Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside or outside by any open window/door. >No SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is allowed inside the property or anywhere on the premises. If there are any smoking violations, the guest will be charged a $600 deep cleaning fee. (2) Parking spots available; In “front of porch” and “RIGHT” IN front of “Double gate doors” 🟥. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED. We kindly ask that all dishes used to please be washed. If dirty dishes have been left out, a $90 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit. >Please do not use our pots/pans for deep-frying. There will be a $80 per pot/pan charge for damage to our cookware. Please do not wash pots & pans in the dishwasher. Thank you No additional guests, other than what is specified, are allowed to stay overnight. Violation of this rule is subject to immediate eviction (per San Bernardino county code enforcement) & may also be cited. No parties or large groups are allowed. If we, or the county sheriffs show up due to noise complaints or large groups complaints , $100 will be deducted from your security deposit. A second complaint for any of these violations will be subject to immediate eviction and another $100 will be deducted from your security deposit. No refund will be issued. >>>NOTE<<< We do not give refunds do to weather or natural disasters. It is law that all persons driving in the San Bernardino mountains must carry tire chains in their vehicle from, Nov- April. Conditions change extremely fast and No refund will be issued unless all roads leading to crestline are closed for 3 hours or more. >No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond our control, acts of nature, downed power lines, internet outages, or weather-related problems. >>>>Guests understand that we, as owners, are NOT responsible for any injury caused by slipping on pine needles, snow, or ice, and that the guests are responsible for the removal of these items around the doorways and paths to house and car; that we, the owners, are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to the guest's persons or property and that the guests assume the risk to their persons and property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, guests failure to remove snow and ice around access areas; for any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will the guests hold us, the owners, responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. This is a short term vacation rental and not a lease. THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY. DOG FRIENDLY: -Guests must notify host at booking if you are bringing dog. -We welcome (1 )well behaved Dog Under 50lb for an additional $100 fee. (I’m sorry No cats allowed………) Help us continue to be dog friendly by following the dog rules: -Dogs can not be left unattended (outside or inside) -Clean up after your best friend (outside & inside) -If your dog is allowed on furniture please use the waterproof blanket provided.-Keep your dog leashed while touring the property. There have been Skunks & possums seen in the backyard at night so keep close watch. -Keep the gates closed to prevent unwanted visitors or an escape. We would hate for you to lose track of your best friend on vacation! If there are any pet violations, the guest will be charged a $600 deep cleaning fee. **No open flames or candles permitted on property . **No smoking or vaping >ELECTRICITY/POWER (So Cal Edison): To reduce the risk of wildfires during storms, to upgrade existing power lines/poles, Southern California Edison (SCE) reserves the right to temporarily cut electrical service to its customers. We have no control over the dates or the length of time that they disrupt service. **Our guests understand that there will be no refunds for power outages or internet/WiFi interruptions and that they'll happily accept the unlikely inconvenience for the sake of preserving our forests** Additionally, We are in a mountain community and the power supply and Wifi can be unpredictable. Although we do our best to accommodate, powerful storms and downed powerlines/satellites are out of our control. INTERNET: No tampering with any of the installed devices smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, noise detectors, outdoor security cameras). You agree that you will not: - give out our wireless internet password to outside individuals - reset, erase or modify the router password; - transmit any material that is unlawful; - transmit any material that infringes the copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; - use the internet for excessively high volume data transfers. Internet use will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. We are in a mountain community and the environment can be unpredictable. Internet and cable can go down, especially during or after storms. No Warranty is provided for Internet use. Internet use and related equipment are provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. By electing to use WiFi, you assume all risk and hold us harmless in the event of any damage you may suffer due to security breaches. BBQ GRILL/FIRE PIT: The Propane BBQ grill should only be used outdoors. The grill should stay well away from the home, deck railings, and out from under eaves and overhanging branches. Keep children at least three feet away from the grill area. Never leave your grill unattended. Always make sure your gas grill lid is open before lighting it. When you are finished grilling, turn off the gas lines at the knobs and the propane tank. If you smell gas while cooking, immediately get away from the grill and call the fire department. Do not move the grill. If the flame goes out on the grill, turn the grill and gas off and wait at least 15 minutes before re-lighting it. We refill propane tanks as needed between guest stay. If you run out of propane during your stay, please let us know. FYI: we provide a starter kit of "paper products" : (2) rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, (2) rolls paper towels in the kitchen. so guest that are staying longer than 2-3 days will need to provide their own once starter kit runs out. >>Winter Season bookings<<< During the winter season (Late october to early may), please be prepared with snow chains in the event a winter storm is in the forecast. R2 conditions require snow chains on 2WD vehicles. R3 conditions, chains are required on ALL vehicles including AWD/4WD Crestline elevation is approx 4,613' elevation. >We are not able to help if your car becomes stuck for liability reasons. >Snow Removal is the guests responsibility. >FIRE RESTRICTIONS IN THE RIM FOREST: Crestline and the surrounding area’s visitors are reminded to exercise caution when visiting the National Forest and maintain a higher level of awareness of the increased fire risk. Travelers through the Forest should remain on designated roads and never park on dry brush or grass. Outdoor wood, charcoal, or campfires of any kind are not permitted. Fireworks are always prohibited in the San Bernardino National Forest. The US Forest Service will be aggressively citing those who do not comply with the posted restrictions. Violation of these prohibitions is subject to punishment by a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than six months or both, as Class B misdemeanors under federal law. Persons may also be responsible for resource damage, suppression costs, and any injuries that occur if they are found liable for causing a wildfire. Registration Details CESTRP-2024-00240
