Guest access Guests will have full access to the home and surrounding property. As A-Z West is an active artistic site, staff and artists-in-residence may be present on the grounds, but your stay remains private. While outdoor art installations are open for exploration, please respect any marked private spaces. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be cancelled at will. Also note, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLES (OHV) IN THIS AREA. Other things to note • Soaking Pool – Not heated; available May–Oct only. • Staff Availability on AZ West Compound– Limited on-site staff; official tours must be arranged in advance. • Events & Photoshoots: Not permitted without prior approval and fees. • Dogs: Welcome with a $100 fee (max 2).
