The cottage is nestled in the little community of Port Blandford and is steps away from Clode Sound. Sprucewood is conveniently located to enjoy many activities regardless of season, including Terra Nova Park and Golf Resort, White Hills Ski Resort, Newfoundland T'railway and sightseeing in Trinity. The space Our cottage definitely offers a very open and airy concept with 20 foot pinewood ceilings on the main floor and floor to ceiling windows to capture the view. The main floor is also where you will find a well stocked kitchen including a wine bar fridge for the most discerning guest and a beautiful island with seating for four. On the main floor you will also find a wood stove for those cold evenings when you prefer to stay inside and curl up with a good book. The first floor houses three of the bedrooms and one of three main baths and the laundry room with washer and dryer. The first floor is all above ground with a door to walk out of on the ground level. The third level, also referred to as the loft hosts the master bedroom and spacious en-suite. If you like to spend most of your time outside, the cottage boasts a large deck with couch, love seat, ottomans, dining area and grill.
