This 500 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1st floor apartment is updated with modern touches. Relax in your home away from home with a new king sized memory foam bed, a fully stocked kitchen with walk in closet and a private patio. If pet fee is not paid before arrival, your pet will not be allowed on the property. Dogs must be house trained. Any pets that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. Any dog that becomes disruptive will be removed immediately. Guests will be charged for any damages incurred. Other pets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Guest access The laundry room is shared and on a first come, first serve basis. The patio is private but we ask you to respect the privacy of our other guests and neighbors and maintain considerate noise levels after hours. Prior to submitting a reservation request, ensure that your profile is updated with government ID and includes a profile photo.
