Our fantastic penthouse apartment is located on the fourth floor of the 'Ostseebrise' house in the Großenbrode beach park and is only about 100 meters from the fine sandy beach. Treat yourself to a break from everyday life and enjoy a lovely time with us, because by the sea, you have "sea time." Notes on additional costs and fees: A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating is included. Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee on request. The spa tax is due before arrival. Parking is available nearby free of charge. If available, a bicycle shed may be added for a fee of €5,-/ per night. Since there is only a limited number available, we recommend a timely reservation. Our apartment is 87 square meters and sleeps up to 5 people. In our spa with sauna, whirlpool and shower, you can relax after an eventful day. Enjoy several sauna sessions and gather new strength and energy. Complete your pampering program with a soothing bath in the bubbling hot tub. In our two bedrooms you will find a restful night's sleep and can immerse yourself in your own dream world. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other bedroom there are two single beds. The two single beds can be pushed together if needed. There is an additional TV here. Both bedrooms lead to our first roof terrace. After getting up, enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air with a sea view. The cozy living area is equipped with a sofa bed, an armchair and a fireplace. There is also a 40-inch smart TV, a Blue-ray player and a music system. Or let the evening end in peace in front of the crackling fireplace. The bright dining area with 6 seats is connected to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and thus offers you enough space and creativity to prepare your meals. Our second roof terrace with the cozy garden furniture can be reached via the living and dining area. Just enjoy the sun's rays on your skin and enjoy "sea time." The roof terraces are facing south and south-east. We offer you free Wi-Fi, telephone and a washing machine. A wicker beach chair is available free of charge on the beach during the season from May to September. A free parking space, which also offers enough space for large and wide cars, is available at the house. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available in the house.
