Modern and spacious, the guest house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. You will love the peace and quiet here. Please note that 2 friendly and well behaved dogs share this property however if you are afraid of dogs this may not be the place for you. The space You will stay in a private and completely separate wing of the main residence. It consists of an open plan living/dining with kitchenette, 2 large bedrooms (one with a king and single bed, the other a queen and single bed), a laundry, full bathroom, and separate toilet. All rooms have ceiling fans, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and TV. The lounge features a 55" smart TV enabling you to play content from your phone, laptop, or USB device. WiFi is not available, 4G signal is good. The kitchenette only has basic cooking facilities however a BBQ/grille is also available. A huge covered timber deck connects your wing to the main residence and is the perfect spot to relax and catch the breeze. There is a more private area at the rear with a large picnic table and wood burner. Guest access You will have full access to a separate wing of the main residence. Other things to note All linen, towels, and soap are provided. You are welcome to use a fire pit if you wish to enjoy a camp fire. WiFi is not available. However the 4G signal on Telstra and Optus networks easily streams movies which you can cast from your device to the smart TV. Sorry, no pets. Please contact us if you wish to bring a support animal.
