The space BEDDING: Total 4x beds and en extra 2x kids futons: 1x King bed in master bedroom upstairs 1x King single bed in second bedroom upstairs 1x King single bed in third bedroom downstairs 1x Queen bed in fourth bedroom downstairs 2x child size sofa futons in rumpus rooms downstairs (not suitable for adults) LAYOUT Upstairs features an open plan living and dining, 2 bedrooms and main bathroom with separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has gas cook top, dishwasher, lavazza Modo Mio coffee machine. The kitchen opens up to a large lounge room leading out to the front covered deck overlooking the beach. A large dining room with cosy fireplace is also next to the kitchen opening up to the back deck at the rear with lounge chairs perfect for morning tea or afternoon delights. Magnificent ocean views from the upstairs level. The bedrooms are down the hallway. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in robe, ocean views, a and access to the front balcony where you can soak up your doze of vitamin sea. The second bedroom has a king single bed key safe to store any valuables. Both bedrooms share the main bathroom with walk-in shower, bath tub and vanity. Separate toilet down the hall. The bedrooms Downstairs features a large rumpus room for kids and adults alike with, study nook, second TV and a variety of games and two futon sofas that could be used as beds for children. Two more bedrooms, a second bathroom and laundry, with separate toilet are down the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen bed, study desk, sliding doors lead out to the covered deck and garden area. The fourth bedroom has a king single bed. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer and a shower for washing those sandy feet. The grassed level backyard, covered entertainers space and bar area are all perfect for relaxing after swims at the beach. Bonny Hills is all about the outdoor live, beach, hiking, bush tracks, wild flowers, mountain biking, winery tours. You name it, we got it. Many uncrowded beautiful beaches and bays. PARKING Double garage with internal access to the house, driveway parking, free street parking. Plenty of room for boats. NO PETS Sorry no pets please.
