Stroll to nearby cafés, restaurants, and the beach with ease. Whether it is enjoying the beach, family meals, or playing games together by the fireplace, this home is designed for making unforgettable memories. Start the morning slowly with a coffee on the front deck as sea breezes drift through the home and the ocean views before you. When the beach calls, walk across the road to the sand. Keep an eye on the water as you might spot dolphins enjoying the waves, or during migration season from May to November, humpback whales passing by. Across the road from the house, you’ll also find a children’s playground with an outdoor gym, perfect for family fun and fitness. Upstairs is where the home opens up to light, space, and those amazing views. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and Lavazza Modo Mio coffee machine, making it easy to prepare family dinners at home. The kitchen opens into the large lounge and dining areas, creating a welcoming space for gathering together. Glass doors open onto a covered deck with stunning beach views, while at the back, a second deck with comfortable lounge chairs and a barbecue provides a relaxing spot to unwind. On cooler evenings the cosy fireplace and large dining table is perfect for games nights. Down the hallway you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, a large walk-in robe, ocean views, and access to the front balcony where you can step outside and soak in some vitamin sea. The second bedroom includes a king single bed and built in wardrobe. Both rooms share the main bathroom, complete with walk in shower, relaxing bathtub, and a vanity, with a separate toilet and wash basin nearby. Head downstairs and discover a spacious second living space perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. With a second TV, games, Lego and a study nook. It also has two futon sofas that can be used as beds for children, it’s the perfect retreat for movie nights, rainy days, or a little quiet time after a day of exploring. Two additional bedrooms are located on the bottom floor. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, build in wardrobe and sliding doors that open out to the covered deck and garden area. The fourth bedroom includes a king single bed and wardrobe. A second bathroom/laundry with washing machine, dryer and a shower, with a separate toilet and wash basin nearby. The backyard has a grassed area, covered bar seating area that create the perfect setting for relaxed afternoons to enjoy a drink in the sea breeze while the kids play in the yard. With air conditioning in the upstairs open plan living space and downstairs lounge room, ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs queen room, plus salty ocean breezes flowing through open windows, the home stays comfortable year-round.
