The accommodation provides a luxurious spacious open plan living and dining area which has r/c air conditioning. Sliding doors open to the Sea facing balcony where you can enjoy the views and the sound of the ocean. There are hills views to the rear overlooking the Tennis Court area adding to the resort feel of the small well maintained group of apartments. The fully equipped kitchen is luxurious with its near new quality fit out including Induction cooktop / oven / microwave / sinkerator and dishwasher. High end stone benchtops add to the feel of quality in this apartment. On the entry (mid level) there is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The queen size ocean facing bedroom is on this level also. Lie in bed and listen to the relaxing sounds of the ocean and enjoy the sunrises which can be spectacular. Adjacent to this bedroom is a stunning bathroom with a large walk in shower, stone bench top to the vanity. Underfloor heating and a toilet.
