Welcome to the beautiful and relaxed North Avoca beach holiday home Buona Vista, where you can wander just a few hundred metres down to the surf and sand of North Avoca Beach. This gorgeously renovated family beach house is situated on The Arena, just a stone`s throw away from the beach and a short stroll for your morning coffee at The Boy and Rose caf . This inviting holiday house features a timber and beach theme throughout which adds to its appeal. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and living area that leads out to a beautiful large deck with stunning views over the ocean and Avoca headland. From the kitchen you also have the choice of retreating out to the back courtyard where there is seating for eight and where you can enjoy some tranquillity amongst the trees and birdlife. The main bedroom contains a queen bed, views, ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds (no adults on top bunks), a perfect retreat for the young ones. On the lower level you have a large rumpus room with a generous corner lounge, TV and bathroom. Sliding doors bring you out onto another deck with an outdoor setting, perfect to relax on after the beach. Enjoy a 15-minute walk along the sand to Avoca Beach where you can enjoy a coffee or meal and take the kids paddle boating in the lagoon.
