Modern and remodeled, the lovingly cared home is located in historic Venice. Exceptionally located 3 blocks from the beach, you will also find yourself half a block away to world famous Abbot Kinney restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and galleries from the comfort of a relaxed beach vibe home and copa d'oro garden. Much coveted private parking available. The space This 1922 residence has been updated to preserve its authentic period charm. Quality fixtures, European kitchen appliances, stone counter tops, porcelain tiles, clean furnishings of the home, and other useful items you may need during your stay are integrated with care into the classic Venice bungalow. Our mild year-round Mediterranean climate allows the living space to expand outdoors seamlessly. The bungalow is ideal for combining beach living with work. The set up is also beneficial for couples, who work remotely and may find themselves simultaneously on calls/zoom conferences. Enjoy the serene tropical garden with palm trees, bamboo and flowering Copa d'Oro vine. There is a large table under the pergola with four chairs and outlets nearby. Though surrounded by peaceful privacy, the property is located on (arguably) the "best block in America", as one recent guest put it. Full size washer and dryer are also provided on the premises. Guest access Private off-street parking behind an automatic security gate is accessible from the back alley (off shared alley with Abbot Kinney). Parking is at a premium in this neighborhood close to the beach and AK. Provided you can find a spot on a beautiful beach day, weekends and holidays, there is also overnight street parking available on both sides of the street and nearby streets. Look for street cleaning signs - we don't want you to get tickets :) Other things to note Enjoy the morning sun on the deck or afternoon dinning under the pergola in this quiet garden hideaway. The pergola is lit at night and is a perfect place for small in-person gatherings or meetings outdoors (no more than 4 people, please, under the circumstances). Kindly no smoking inside the bungalow.
