No swimming - we have gators Tennis court, basketball court, football/soccer field with baseball base. Playground and outdoor work out The space Located in a quite community with 24/7 guarded patrol and surveillance. Basketball, tennis, playgrounds and walking trails to use at your pleasure. Our Villa is 100% smoke and pet free. Quiet time after 11pm. Any violation of these may result in your being asked to leave immediately. A smoke violation (in the home) will result in a $500 fine.
