The space Welcome to the Retreat Home in NOTL, Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, 4 mins driving to Queen St, the heart of Old Town of Niagara-on-the-lake and very close to Niagara-on-the-lake Golf Club, steps away of a tennis court. There are many wineries and a lavender farm close by. This is a renovated house, with a new gorgeous kitchen, new appliances, new furniture, new floors, new bathroom. In the main level you will find the porch, living room, kitchen with dedicated workspace, and kitchen's deck to access the relaxing private backyard with Hot Tub, BBQ with natural gas and patio furniture, the second level have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the master bedroom with 1 queen bed and it's own bathroom. There is a family room with 3rd full bathroom downstairs and game boards, and the recreation room with pool table and Air hockey table are in the basement, beside the laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped. We offer complimentary coffee and tea. Professional cleaning services are engaged. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay, excluding the storage room and furnace room located in the basement. Guests are allowed to a free Parking and EV charge outlet in the driveway, guests may need to bring their own EV cable Other things to note NOISE: The neighborhood observes quiet hours from 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM, we kindly request that your celebration continues indoors during these hours. no person shall make, cause or permit Sound or Vibration at any time, which is likely to disturb the quiet, peace, rest, enjoyment, comfort or convenience of the Inhabitants of the Town of NOTL, this is in compliance with By-law 4855-12.
