There is so much to enjoy when your family spends their vacation at The Ashworth. Nestled in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this oceanfront resort boasts a large oceanfront sundeck that features a swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub and lazy river. Indoors there is another swimming pool and a fitness center. Right around the corner from The Ashworth is Main Street, where you can shop and dine and even watch shag dancers at the local beach clubs. The space Ashworth 608 is a terrific condo rental. This three bedroom, three bath rental has it all. There are granite counters in the kitchen, along with stainless steel appliances. The living room of Ashworth 608 opens to a beautifully furnished oceanfront balcony. Elsewhere in this condo there is a soothing bath tub, DVD players and a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also WIFI, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs. Live entertainment theatres are right down the street from The Ashworth, and Myrtle Beach golf courses dot the nearby landscape. Add shopping, dining and water sports to your North Myrtle Beach vacation fun and you have it made! Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Guests must be at least 14 years old to use the Ashworth's hot tub. The minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as the hallways, parking area, and pool area, that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
