The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher and island bench overlooking the dining area with plenty of room to enjoy meals together on holidays. The master bedroom feature queen bed, ensuite with walk in shower, and access to your terrace patio. Step straight from bed out to the beach for an early morning surf or dip in the ocean. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and the third bedroom offers 1 double bed. The main bathroom has a shower over bath plus separate toilet, and there is a washing machine and dryer for guests to use. This light, airy and beautifully styled apartment offers stunning views in an incredible location and will allow you to settle into a blissful holiday mode, the moment you arrive. San Simeon 4 is located in one of Tugun’s favourite resorts, with swimming pool, spa, sauna, rooftop spa and tennis court available for guest use. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
