This is a beautiful turn of the century classic home which has been completely updated to todays standards and expectations. A unique blend of classic charm and contemporary finish. This property is ideal for an intimate and exclusive stay. Can accommodate 8 people maximum. An incredible home to enjoy with a small family or small group of friends! The space *Note: The owners /operators of this property stay in the private, self contained basement apartment. After check in you will only see them if requested. There are a total of four bedrooms; two with King beds, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There are four full bathrooms and one half bath. Luxury tiled bathrooms, towels, and bedding are provided. Each room has it's own AC / Heat mini split unit for ultimate climate control. There is a fully equipped kitchen, we have a Sonos in-house and outdoors sound system, media / TV room, inside lounge seating areas, inside and outside dinning areas, private outdoor space with heated pool, deluxe 8 person hot tub, deluxe Webber grill, a large fire circle area, and several outdoor lounge areas. Guest access Guests have access and use of entire property excluding the basement apartment. Only registered guest are allowed on the property. Other things to note Secure storage space for gear. Parking for a maximum of three cars. No Pets allowed. Children must be pre-approved due to safety concerns with pool. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
