Welcome to our beautifully remodeled house just steps away from the beach! The house includes all of the amenities for you to feel like you are at home. We include complementary WIFI and smart tvs, as well as coffee, a washer and dryer( includes laundry detergent), and also board games for those rainy day..... because well, it is Florida:) Please note: we are pet friendly but do charge $100 pet fee The space Our house has a Master bedroom with a king bed and a t.v. there is also a bathroom connected to that room. The other bedroom has a queen bed and also a single. The living room is equipped with a queen air mattress for additional sleeping space. We have extra sheets and blankets in each closet. Guest access This is a duplex and we air bnb the other side as well. Each unit has access to their side with private entry. Other things to note Be respectful of the neighbors. Absolutely no parties. No Loud music. If we receive any disturbance calls from our neighbors you will be asked to leave immediately. Parking in the garage and driveway only. No parking on grass or in neighbors yards. Garbage is to be placed in the cans provided and taken out on garbage days. Garbage days are Monday and Thursday and trash needs to be out on front lawn no later than 7am.
