A warm, spacious family home in a quiet hamlet on the Crozon peninsula, styled with a contemporary and Breton mix, featuring paintings by the owner’s grandfather. Three large bedrooms sleep up to 8. The garden is enclosed and sunny, ideal for children and pets, year-round. Beaches, trails, the voie verte and surf spots are close by: Trez Rouz beach 1.9 km, paths from 300 m, reaching Camaret, Le Fret and Morgat on foot or by bike. The space A bright, spacious house with three large bedrooms. As you enter, you arrive in a bright, open space that connects the open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen sits to the right, built around a Smeg range cooker - three ovens and a seven-burner gas hob — with an island seating all 8 guests on stools. Guests have described it as “like cooking in a professional kitchen.” A few steps down to the left, the living room continues the open-plan feel, with a corner sofa, an armchair, a large smart TV and full-height sliding doors onto the garden. Renovated throughout in 2023, the interior blends contemporary style with Breton touches. The garden is large, fully enclosed and sunny — ideal for dogs. There’s a trampoline, garden games including badminton, and three terraces looking out over the greenery. The shaded terrace has an outdoor sofa and armchairs; there’s also a charcoal BBQ, an outdoor dining table and a large parasol for eating outside. Guest access The whole house is yours. We — Heather and Cédric — usually welcome you in person, show you around and talk you through things like the Wi-Fi. We speak English and French, so ask us anything. Self check-in via lockbox is there as a backup if we can’t be there. A large lockable shed holds up to six bikes and several surfboards. Off-street parking for four cars, right in front of the house.
