The space (D) Condo is a comfortable and newly built 1,200 sq. ft. space and has everything you'll need except the food! We provide High Speed Wifi, log in information found in your Welcome Book! Enjoy cooking meals with our fully stocked kitchen. Dish ware, cookware, silverware, paper towels, and a drip coffee maker (with reusable filter). We have high quality appliances and provide all quality dishwasher & laundry machine pods. A full sized private use washer & dryer are located just off the kitchen area. There is a 60" ROKU TV in the living area, as well as comfortable seating for your whole group. Our large sofa pulls out to a sofa bed with fresh linens ready for your group. Freshen up in the shared full bathroom, complete with a shower/tub, plush towels, and provided toiletries. 2 separate King bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the unit. This layout is great for 2 couples- if each couple wants a bathroom/bedroom combo. 1 full bathroom could be private or shared. The other full bathroom is located in the Master suite. Both bedrooms include bedside tables, dimmable USB lamps, ceiling fans, and individual A/C controls. There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower located off the master bedroom. Both king bedrooms include 49" ROKU TV's. The loft is located above the living room and holds a comfortable and clean queen mattresses. The ceiling height of the loft is very low (3.5ft) and is only used for a sleeping area. Deck/ Patio area- Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing in the hot tub. There are 2 BBQ grills hooked up to natural gas and 2 large spas kept hot and clean all year. You may bring in bikes and keep them inside the condo or store them in the back hallway that connects to the patio. Please be mindful of the walls, and other guests. Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking! Please contact me for group or event pricing! Guest access Enter D Unit through the shared hallway closest to the patio. You'll then have your own private door for your condo. This condo is the closest to the patio! There is a hallway that runs from the condo to the back patio that you may use to access the Spas & BBQ. You can keep bikes back here too! Street parking is plentiful and free!
