Welcome to River Manor! This beautiful property includes a 3-BR, 2-bath main house (sleeps 7) and a separate cabana house with a queen bed, full bath, private gym, and cinema (sleeps 2). The space 🏠 THE MAIN HOUSE Bedroom 1 (MASTER) Spacious and comfortable, this room features a KING bed and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day. It also includes a private en-suite bathroom, offering added convenience and privacy. Suitable for up to 2 guests. Bedroom 2 This cozy room includes a QUEEN bed and a smart TV, providing a relaxing retreat. It shares a bathroom with the common areas, making it a great choice for couples or solo travelers. Suitable for up to 2 guests. Bedroom 3 (Children’s Room) Designed with kids in mind, this room features a FULL bed, comfortably sleeping two children or one adult, along with a twin top bunk, suitable for one child only (not for adults). We also have a pack n play in this closet. A fun and functional space for younger travelers! 🏡 SEPARATE CABANA HOUSE The cabana house includes a gym, high-end cinema, and a queen bed (sleeps 2). Please note: the QUEEN bed is in an open corner of the cabana, next to the cinema and visible from the gym. It is not a private bedroom and does not have a door, but the space is cozy, with two side tables and lamps, and does include its own full bathroom. This setup is perfect for extra guests who don’t mind a shared, open-concept sleeping area. WORK SPACK The workspace is located in the living room and is an open, shared area (not private or enclosed). It features a desk with a computer and keyboard, making it convenient for guests who need to get work done while traveling. GUEST LIMIT Our home accommodates a maximum of 9 guests—we do not have space for additional guests beyond this limit. However, children under 2 years old do not count toward the guest total. This is a Beautiful home on the St. Johns River with a fully fenced one-acre yard. The property features a private boat house and boat lift (up to 21ft boat), with a boat ramp just 0.6 miles away. High-speed internet provided. Office area provided. Available to Guests: 2 kayaks, fishing rods, firepit, charcoal grill, pantry items, and spices. Newly furnished bedrooms, each with a TV offering access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, and more. Guest access The entire property is exclusively for guests, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. No one else will be on the property. The boat lift is private, as well as the entire dock. Other things to note Nestled in a peaceful setting known for fishing and boating, the property features a fully fenced yard with majestic heritage oaks. Enjoy easy access to three state parks, all within a 5 to 15-minute drive. Downtown Saint Augustine is 17 miles from the house and usually takes about 30 minutes to drive to. Our nearest beach is Vilano Beach and Saint Augustine Beach. Both are 17-20 miles away—about a 30-35 minute drive.
