The main house features a large living room with a 58” TV, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2 full baths including a tub for the little ones, large dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. The adjacent guest house has 1 bedroom (sleeps 3) with 1 full bath (shower) and a fully-equipped kitchen newly-renovated in June 2021 . A whole-house water softener provides good tasting, soft water throughout. Some starter coffee pods and welcome snacks will be available on arrival. A washer & dryer are available, as well as a charcoal grill, one bike and toddler trailer, play yard, high chair, cornhole, beach chairs and assorted children's toys (including beach toys and a cooler). The property is immaculately cleaned by professionals before each guest arrives. Wi-Fi and smart TVs (Roku or Amazon Firesticks) are also included. A 30 amp RV outlet is available for an additional daily charge. Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property, including both houses and the private backyard. The Blue Gecko has a huge driveway with parking for up to 8 vehicles. Additional on-street parking is also available. This home is located 1/3 mile from downtown Safety Harbor. Quiet side streets with sidewalks allow for a leisurely stroll downtown for breakfast, lunch, cocktails, or dinner.
