Stay in the charm and comfort of a contemporary renovated farmhouse, with charm and authenticity. Living area of 300 m2 bathed in light, 1.2 ha of wooded land. The house and its terraces offer stunning views of the valley, its olive trees and lavender. An ideal place to spend your holidays in peace near the pool (12 m by 4.5 m), and/or sports (climbing, hiking, via ferrata, cycling...) or cultural (Vaison-la-Romaine), 15 minutes from Buis-les-Baronnies. The space With a living area of 300 m2, the farm is classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. The main room is a large 80 m2 living room (living room, dining room, kitchen), with beautiful bays open to the landscape. A little further away, a TV lounge and a small lounge. The kitchen is well equipped (5-burner induction stove, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer etc...). The 6 large bedrooms each have a beautiful bathroom, 2 of which have a toilet. The dormitory, more suitable for children and teens, offers 2 more beds. Two other toilets are available in the house. The house has three terraces, one of which is covered, and a courtyard. In winter, the house benefits from underfloor heating for the main rooms and two bedrooms. The remaining rooms are equipped with electric radiators. Each bathroom has its own towel dryer and hair dryer. A beautiful fireplace is usable in winter. Petanque court, garden, orchard, and private scrubland on 1.2 ha. Pool (12x4.5) open from May to October, heated from June to September (24th). Sustainable approach to the pool: spring water, reasoned treatments, weekly maintenance. Discreet passage of landscapers in season once every two weeks to maintain a beautiful environment around the house. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times have been set to allow a welcome in good conditions, the house requiring very important logistics and our co-host managing several cottages, so we kindly ask you to comply with the times indicated.
