Detached house with above-ground outdoor pool (supplement of 25 euros/day). near tram, Chailluz forest, shopping area 1 km away, bowling, restaurants... Large living room, large table, sofa bed, TV, three bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms with a double bed and another with two single beds), a kitchen/bathroom /separate toilet/terrace/garden/barbecue. Private parking. Pellet stove with supplement. PARTIES PROHIBITED! Winter: fee for gas heating (see accommodation section) The space info: Access to the basement is private. For the washing machine, you must notify me to use it. Possibility to park 2 vehicles in the courtyard. It's a little tight. You can also park in front of the gate if you wish. During the Autumn / Winter period, additional fees will be applied for gas heating (too much abuse last year). Count an average of 4 euros per night Guest access You will have access to all rooms or part depending on the number of guests. The laundry area with washing machine is available upon request as the machine is located in the private part of the house. the part in the basement is private. Other things to note The bathroom is quite small with a low tub.
