High Point, wonderful coastal contemporary.

High Point is a wonderful, coastal contemporary. It is very private, yet close to town with a right of way to the shore. Located in Camden “where the mountains meet the sea”. You can walk or bike to town or the state park. The house is our home and is beautifully furnished and comfortable with expansive windows that bring the outdoors in. It also has wonderful outdoor decks with an outdoor shower and hot tub for cleaning off and relaxing. There are also extensive grounds with gardens and a fire-pit surrounded by Adirondack Chairs for chilling out. Camden and Penobscot Bay is home to some of the best sailing and boating in the world and the many of the Maine Windjammer fleet schooners call Camden home. There is road & mountain biking and hiking nearby as well as a multitude of freshwater lakes. From incredible dining to art, there is something for everyone to see and explore or simply relax in our lovely home. The space Our home has 3 spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen, Livingroom and family room so guests can spread out and relax. It is lovely and casual and has a warm summerhouse vibe. Guest access Guests have access to the hot tub and outdoor shower as well as the spectacular shoreline and door yard fire pit and Adirondack’s. Other things to note Mid-coast Maine has so much to explore. Museums, ferry rides to islands ( there are 3000 off the coast), ocean and freshwater beaches, local artisans, quaint villages and peninsulas, Mt Battie State Park and Acadia National Park. It’s endless.
