Arrival and Parking: the house has a large front yard in a quiet street, so plenty of space for parking on the driveway, and once you reserve it, you will receive a unique door code that will kick in at check in time, and remain valid until check out time. The day before your arrival we will send you a message with further information on how to get to the house and into it. Video surveillance in use: We have video surveillance outside the property. It records the entire time of your stay. We have it because some guests try to bring more people onto the property. This is not a home for parties or events of any kind. Only the number of people listed in the reservation are permitted on the property or in the house. Failure to comply will result in your reservation being cancelled. We do not allow guests to bring guests or visitors. NO SMOKING As a reminder this is a non-smoking home. This also includes vapors, e-cigs., marijuana, and the like.
