Penthouse with terrasse, and view on Eiffel tower

Our duplex is situated 50 meters from the famous rue Montorgueil, and have a beautiful terrasse with a view overlooking Paris and the Eiffel tower. You are totaly in the center of Paris just near the main monuments. We are on the courtyard, there is no noise, and you can hear the birds singing in the trees. You will have air conditions in all the apartment. We have a realy good internet connexion. The duplex has been totally remade by the architect who have restaured the Ritz hotel in Paris. We are a French/Danish couple, Arthur is born at 300 meters of our flat, he is a real Parisian. We travel a lot, but our base is in Paris. We were searching for several years for an apartment in this area, which was quiet, located on the last floor, with a terrasse and a view on Paris and the sky. You can imagine that it was extremely difficult to find.... We have tried to remake it with a high quality standard, very fonctionnel with good quality tools.
