Barnside Hangout on Hummingbird Lane

Welcome to Barnside Hangout on Hummingbird Lane. This 25 ft x 20 ft studio is two rooms nestled on the side of one barn of a three-barn complex. You'll enjoy the countryside, farm animals, and its location. Here at the Barnside you will likely see us coming and going to check on our farm animals. The kids are active in 4-h/FFA and have their projects in one of the nearby barns. We will leave you alone and respect your privacy, but just know we will be in the area tending to our livestock. The space The open concept main room features an adjustable king bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette and wall mounted tv. Kitchenette includes a mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, small closet and large vanity. In addition to the inside space, there is a covered sitting area with gas firepit. Guest access The barndo studio along with the attached patio area. Other things to note The property is located about 5 miles NE of Fredericksburg's famed Main Street off Knoop School Road and less than 8 miles via beautiful country roads from the Texas Hill Country Wine Corridor. You will enter via our private gated entry and travel about 1/3 of a mile down a post oak studded drive. We look forward to seeing you at Barnside!
