Located on the banks of the Rogue River, this unique space was recently remodeled to fit the needs of anyone looking to take advantage of Southern Oregon's outdoor atmosphere and escape city life. This cozy living space has everything you need to make you feel at home- Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, queen size bed, a full and twin bed, and a full kitchen. Parking is available for 2 cars. Although this is a fully separate unit, there is a unit next door with a shared wall to this AirBnb. The space Bright and cozy, some of our unique offerings include a loft bed, couch to full size bed, oversized two-person soaking tub, vaulted ceilings, river views, and custom reclaimed woodwork. Take advantage of the bright afternoons on the patio grilling or enjoy a bike ride through the streets of Gold Hill. The peaceful sound of the river will lull you into a restful night's sleep. Additional amenities include 2 folding kid's bikes, a tandem bicycle, and a full size fish freezer. Gold Hill offers a skate park, as well as several trails, and spots for boating or fishing. We are pet friendly, but we do not allow cats. Guest access Fully private space and private entrance with a keypad entry. Guests have their own sitting area and they have access to the front yard with permission from the owner or property manager.
