Please be conscientious. This property is a farm. We hope you enjoy seeing the animals but request you not open any of the gates , go into the outbuildings or come into physical contact with the animals for your safety. We are happy for you to enjoy the pond and fish it if you like, but it is not for swimming since there is a large lethal snapping turtle and snakes in the pond. All tenants agree to release and indemnify the Owner from and against all liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of the stay for any reason. Feminine hygene products and wipes are to be disposed of in the wastebaskets and not flushed down the toilet. The septic will not handle it.
