Spacious and comfortable, this 140m2 house opens onto a vast living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge with wood-burning stove and dining room. A bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs, 3 spacious, comfortably-equipped bedrooms and a pleasant bathroom. The space Located at the entrance to the village of 'Les Loges', 5 km from Etretat, the house is ideally placed for discovering the Côte d'Albâtre (Etretat, Yport, Fécamp, Veules les roses) or heading down to Le Havre and on to Honfleur. You can also enjoy a wide range of activities (sightseeing, sea, golf, hiking....) or relax in a rural setting... In the center of a ‘clod masure’, this beautiful ‘colombage’villa, set in a 3500 m2 estate, invites you to relax. We've designed the house as a simple, cosy place where you can relax or spend time with your family. Our aim is to make you feel at home. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, one on the ground floor with en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and one with 3 single beds. For your comfort, bathroom linen is provided and beds will be made for your arrival. The outdoor area can accommodate 3 vehicles. In winter, the living room with its wood-burning stove lets you spend evenings in cocooning mode. On sunny days, the terrace and large garden are ideal for barbecuing, relaxing in the sun or playing ping-pong. Additionally, Towels, sponges, coffee pods and dishwashers are included in the price of the night's stay. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the laundry room.
