Welcome to our beautiful Keys home! Come down to fish, dive, relax & enjoy. With a 60 ft waterfront dock (33 ft boat dockage)-- only three canals to the Atlantic -- there is plenty of room to keep your boat, use our kayaks and paddleboards, or lounge on the porch and sip your favorite cocktail. The space The 1,300 sq ft house features an open floorplan, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), pullout sofa bed (sleeps 2), and 2 bathrooms. The huge wrap-around covered porch is the perfect spot to have morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Just a short boat ride to the open waters of the Gulf and Atlantic, you are minutes away from world-class snorkeling and diving at Looe Key Reef, amazing lower-keys fishing, and unlimited sightseeing adventures. You’ll love swimming the sand bars at nearby Picnic Island and Marvin Key, or explore to find your own special place! Boondocks Grille & Draft House and the famous Tiki Bar & Grill are just a mile away, a quick walk or bike ride from the house. Enjoy great food, live entertainment, and miniature golf the kids will love. If you are ready to come and enjoy everything the Keys has to offer, this is the place to be!! Other things to note * All foliage around the dock has been removed (older picture shown), approximately 32 ft of dockage before the boat lift. * We also have a "pack-n-play" and a bed guard rail for use if needed. * Four outside security cameras monitor the driveway, boat dock, yard and street area. These can be disabled during your stay with request.
