The ground floor has beautiful original slate flooring, while the upstairs rooms feature characterful stripped pine floorboards. There is a comfortable living area, dining space and a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The property also benefits from excellent BT fibre Wi-Fi, Sky Q and Netflix for relaxing evenings in. Upstairs, the first-floor bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and its own shower room, while the second-floor twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided for your convenience. The garden is accessed from the first floor and enjoys sunshine throughout the day. With outdoor furniture, garden lighting and a gas BBQ, it’s a lovely space to sit back, enjoy a meal and make the most of the warmer weather. Guest access Guests have full private access to the property throughout their stay, including the living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, both bedrooms, bathrooms and the garden. The garden is accessed from the first floor and provides a lovely private outdoor space with seating, garden lighting and a gas BBQ. There are no shared areas within the property, so you can enjoy the space entirely to yourselves. Other things to note Please note that the property may not be suitable for guests with impaired mobility, as there are two flights of stairs within the property and access to the garden is via one flight of stairs. Due to the stairs and layout of the property, it may also be less suitable for families with toddlers. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The property offers easy self check-in with remote access, so you can arrive at your convenience without the need for direct contact with anyone.
