Enclosed garden equipped with bbq and dining area. Free public parking next to the house. Cot and highchairs available on request (free of charge). Dogs welcome! The space The house can sleeps until 18 people! It is a large house with 3 floors, it is divided into 5 apartments. Air conditioning and heating are available in each room. Linens and towels are included. Free parking is just next to the house. Garden is equipped with bbq, tables, chairs and ping pong table. The garden is private and totally fenced. The house: At the ground floor there is an apartment for 6 people (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living room and kitchen), at the first floor there are 2 apartments, both for 2 people (one bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony). At the second floor attic there are other 2 apartments both for 4 people (2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living). All the kitchens are fully equipped. In the big apartment there are 2 tables for 18 people total, so you can eat all together! Guest access The complete vacation rentals is reserved for you Other things to note We are in Bellagio, in the hamlet of San Giovanni, near the lake, the beach and the park (equipped for children).
