Self-contained annex in Sittingbourne, perfect if you are visiting the area for work or leisure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs. The space You enter the accomodation into the kitchen/ utility area, which has a breakfast bar and seating for 2. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need, for example with - tea/ coffee, cooking facilities (mini oven, hob, microwave), all utensils/ plates/ cutlery, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Biscuits + tea/ coffee, with take away cups are provided free of charge. Adjoining the kitchen is a bedroom, with double bed (comfy 'Emma' mattress), new 43 inch Smart TV (with all main channels + free Netflix). Two armchairs, a wardrobe and chest of drawers are found in this room also. There is also a desk that overlooks our garden, with supplied monitor and keyboard, ideal if you need to work during your stay. Previous guests have commented how quiet and peaceful this room is. There is a separate shower room, with electric shower. Towels and toiletries are provided. Electric radiators provide heating in all rooms. There is also a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer in the annex. Guest access You will have exclusive private use of all the rooms featured in the pictures and descriptions. The property has it's own front door and the key is held in a secure keybox. Parking is available on our drive. Other things to note The annex kitchen adjoins our family home. When we are in our kitchen you may hear some family noise, we are generally fairly quiet though. The annex bedroom is not directly attached to our house and further from the main road, so it is quite peaceful in there. We will respect our guests privacy and do not access any of the annex during your stay. Children are accepted, but the annex is most suitable for 1 or 2 people. We do have a travel cot or blow up bed if required, to accommodate children.
